World's Strongest Vagina
It’s amazing what some people will do to get in the Guinness Book of World Records. Vaginal weight-lifting, anyone?

Russian mother Tatiata Kozhevnikova found that her “intimate muscles” became weak after the birth of her child, so she decided to do some research.

She discovered that, in ancient times, women used Ben Wa balls (also known as Burmese bells or Geisha balls) to tighten their vagina. So she purchased a Murano glass ball and got squeezing.

Her first toy got stuck in her vagina (“It took me ages to get it out!” she says), but she soon found that just five minutes of exercise a day was enough to give herself and her man “unforgettable pleasure in bed.”

Thanks to 15 years of daily training, Kozhevnikova was able to support 14 kilos with her vagina, earning her the title of “World’s Strongest Vagina.”

Stronger vaginal muscles are a benefit for any woman. Not only do they improve the sexual experience, but they also reduce the risk of incontinence. Improving vaginal strength through the female “Deer Exercise” is also a key part of Taoist sexual practices.

If you or the woman in your life wants to see what all the fuss is about, you can purchase a number of vaginal exercise objects, including a classic set of Ben Wa balls, Orgasmic Duo Balls (free gift with any purchase over $86.80) and Pleasure Pearls (Ben Wa balls without the connecting cord). You may not break Tatiata's world record, but you'll have fun trying!
