Conversation Topic #1: Flushing, giggling, dilated pupils, preening behavior, palms facing up, feet pointed towards you…. Behavioral scientists will tell you any number of body language signals that could mean that someone is attracted to you. But finally scientists have discovered one signal that just don’t lie: smell. A study published in The Journal of Neuroscience tells us that the smell of a man’s sweat changes when he’s turned on. Women respond to the “aroused sweat” differently than to regular sweat, although they’re not conscious of the effect. No news on whether the same is true for women's sweat.
Conversation Topic #2: Anyone who thinks that penis enlargers don’t work hasn’t seen the research coming out of the University of Turin. In a study published in March 2009 in the British Journal of Urology International, researchers confirmed that the Andro-Penis “penile extender device produces an effective and durable lengthening of the penis, both in the flaccid and stretched state.” Subjects used the device every day for six months and managed to increase the length of their flaccid penis by nearly an inch. The Andro-Penis isn’t for everyone – five of the research subjects didn’t complete the course, claiming “pain and penile bruising” – but it’s the most scientifically credible method to increase the length of a man’s penis. You can buy the Andro-Penis online for 200 Euros (approx AU$325) plus shipping.
Conversation Topic #3: Many women will claim, self-righteously, that they would never be attracted to a guy on the basis of how much he earns, but evolutionary psychologists at Newcastle University in the UK have discovered that when it comes to sex, rich guys do, indeed, do it better. Using data collected from China, Germany, and the United States, researchers found that women experienced more orgasms with partners who earned a higher income. The richer the man, the more orgasms his partner reported experiencing. Researchers are quick to point out that having more orgasms doesn’t necessarily translate into being happier. After all, anyone could have better sex if they were transported into luxurious surroundings and pampered like royalty.
