1 in 5,500,000 men in the United States are born with diphallia, an extremely rare condition where an infant is born with two penises.  If you can stomach it, check out the story of a Portuguese man named Juan Baptista dos Santos, who lived in the 1800s and used his dual penises to great advantage during sex.

Be wary of letting a doctor’s scalpel near your willy.  We'd written earlier about the story of the Russian man whose penis enlargement surgery left him unable to get a woman into bed, but we didn’t know about the man whose penile implant left him with a decade-long hard-on.
