Smells Like Sex
Sex Toy Reviews

Vulva OriginalAs porn moves towards a total sensory experience – erotic videos that stimulate the eyes and ears, sex toys with realistic heat, moistness, and movement – there’s one sense that remains out of the loop.

Scent.

German company Vivaeros is set to change all that, with the introduction of a scent that smells exactly like a hot, sexually aroused woman.

The scent is being marketed towards men as the perfect masturbatory aid. One small drop on the back of the hand will have a guy feeling aroused in no time.

It’s possible to think of a range of applications. One user put it on his Fleshlight –although we must add that the scent is not supposed to come into contact with mucous membranes. You could also imagine what RealDoll enthusiasts could do if they got hold of this. A RealDoll that smells like a real woman? Brilliant!

If you’ve never masturbated with the full sensory impact of sight, sound, touch, and smell before, Vivaeros suggests that you’re in for a mind-blowing experience. As the website poetically puts it, the scent evokes the “cinematic visions of the imagination.”

“Men can ... not only satisfy their needs more intensely during self-stimulation, but women can also use this erotic substance in order to intensify the sensation of smell during intercourse.”

The only unfortunate thing about the scent is its name:

VULVA Original.

Perhaps marketers could have spent less time on the “elegant design and styling” of the glass vial and black packaging and more time on coming up with a more erotic name.

If we could put our two cents in, we’d recommend calling it “hot juicy pussy,” which sounds much more attractive than a “beguiling vaginal scent.”

Calling the scent “original” is a bit of a long call, given that novelist Tom Robbins already introduced vaginal perfume in the hilarious 1976 novel Even Cowgirls Get the Blues. In the book, a character explains that all gals have to do is stick a finger “down there” and swipe it on their pulse points for an irresistible odor.

British television presenter Jonathon Ross discusses the new product on “Friday Night with Jonathon Ross” (BBC), and the look on guest Daniel Radcliffe’s face is precious.

Watch Jonathon Ross try VULVA on live TV.

Vivaeros is planning to expand their line of erotic scents, and they’ve already picked the names for the next two: EIGHTEEN and EROTIC.
