Jana Jordan is on the rise.

This petite blonde Texan shot to fame in 2007 thanks to her cover shoot as Penthouse Pet of the Month (August). Her first film for Ninn Worx, “House of Jordan,” was a lesbian love fest, shot with all the lush production values Michael Ninn is known for.

Although critics didn’t consider the film one of Michael Ninn’s best, it was a showcase for Jordan. She joins Lena Nicole, Alexis Love, Tiffany Sweet, Carlie Banks and others in a series of five beautifully-shot scenes that will appeal to the arthouse film lover in all of us. Expect lots of teasing, licking, fingering, kissing, and sex toys. No plot needed.

The film was well received by critics, getting nominated for “Best Girl-Girl Release” by the X-Rated Critics Organization (it lost to “Belladonna’s Fucking Girls 4”).

Jordan made a sequel for Ninn Worx (“House of Jordan 2”) with director Ethan Kane before breaking her exclusive contract with the company. She explained her reason for leaving to XBIZ:

“I really wanted to make a different style of movies. Michael Ninn’s stuff is very over the top, and I just felt like I need to move in a different direction. I do want to do more gonzo style…. I just want to see what else is out there and see what else I can do.”

“House of Jordan 2” became an instant success, pairing Jordan with babes like Sasha Grey, Justine Joli, Faye Valentine, Celeste Star, Charlie Laine, Jana Jordan, Alexandra, and Andie Valentino.

But leaving Ninn Worx hasn’t hurt Jordan’s career any. 2009 has been her year: she’s been nominated for several awards, including XBIZ Web Babe/Starlet of the Year and an AVN award for Best All-Girl Couples Sex Scene in “Fem Vivace.”
