Following on the success of “The Office XXX,” New Sensations has just released the trailer for its bid for hottest porn spoof of the year, “Scrubs – A XXX Parody.”

Fleshbot has rustled up side-by-side comparisons of the “Scrubs” actors and the “Scrubs XXX” porn stars, and the folks at New Sensations have done an amazing job filling the shoes of our favorite doctors.

AVN’s 2008 Male Performer of the Year, James Deen, plays Zach Braff’s character, Dr. J.D. Dorian. Dr. Elliot Reid is played by Ashlynn Brooke, and Nurse Carla Espinosa is played by Thea Marie.

Considering that there’s only a handful of female characters on “Scrubs,” a number of sexy female guest stars were added to flesh out “Scrubs XXX.” They include Joanna Angel, Alexis Texas, Tori Black, and Missy Stone.

TMZ.com even lauds the remake, calling it “not half bad.” TMZ goes on to describe it as “pretty much just like a regular episode of ‘Scrubs,’ except with sex scenes -- so it’s better.”
